Design Process

Design process always starts with asking right questions to the right stakeholders.
It's never about designing eye catchy screens as it adds friction in the user's flow to click on the primary feature of the business.
To build something simple, we as designers and developers need to do the hard & complex work and create a clean site mapping so users can navigate easily.
A failed user is just a failed business or revenue — but a failed system fails all the stakeholders working in that system.
The design first approach makes any tangible or intangible product easier to build, create and use.
